P3 is coming!
Here at OM we are really excited about interest shown in one of the most dynamic packages coming out of our think tank.
Building on previous successes in the field of security and training, we have developed the initiative, which we call the P3 Programme, for companies who operate internationally, joining forces to generate a multitude of benefits for them, for their people, and for their customers.
Thanks to this we are ready to talk to like minded organizations who want enjoy the same benefits.
  What's it all about?.................
In a nutshell, it's aimed at those in the market place who are able to provide their good services upon foreign shores, particularly where those shores are countries faced with socio-political difficulties and hazards.
To give you a little more meat on the bones, the package comes in 3 distinct parts, which can be embraced collectively or in isolation as desired......
Part 1 - for the executives and decision makers within the organisation who make initial and periodic visits to countries, dashing in and out as it were, to explore prospects, establish contacts, and investigate the backdrop against which their people may be asked to work.
Part 2 - for the people who will follow; working parties who will spend extended periods in the foreign domain.
Part 3 - the other side of the coin; this is for people and their families who are leaving their own native soil to work in the UK for any significant spell.
In an alien environment, people can face a stern test when integrating into and working with the local community. Being forearmed against any eventualities means a secure state of mind, a greater readiness for the task in hand, a sounder rapport with the indigenous population, and a more successful relationship between the UK company and its overseas customers.
  And those benefits?.............
Well, we've already touched on a few, and there are a host of them. We believe there are more which we haven't even identified yet. But to gather them together under larger banners, they are simply this......

Preparedness,

Protection,

and Peace of Mind.
