Anna Toon - Managing Director & Head of Consultancy.

Managing Director, and Head of our Consultancy Division. Previously an operational director with Business Link, and advisor to the Army Education Corps, she also maintains a role of project manager with a quoted international consultancy group which has taken her across the UK and to Germany and Italy. A member of the Institute of Management, and of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, her expertise lies chiefly in business and executive development, and change management.

Gordon Cockroft - Director of Training.

Emerging from the role of Training & Product Manager with BT's International Division, working with people from all corners of the globe, joined forces with OM in 1993 and now spearheads our Training Division. A published author and our creative resource in design and delivery of effective training, he specialises in company culture and people matters.

Peter Bray - Director of Security.

Joined in 1998 to head up our Security arm from DTA. Previously with the elite Special Forces, he is extensively travelled and experienced in all aspects of security and communications world-wide. A specialist in training and operations for security and protection, he is a valuable person to have on your side in risk sensitive situations.

Sue Pritchard-Smith - Central Administrator.

Came to us in 1998 from banking giants Halifax plc, and is our Central Administrator, lending her valued experience and expertise to managing the finance and administration affairs at the hub of all our operations.
